RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Return:
- Email support@biltperformance.com with your order number
- We’ll provide return instructions
- Ship items back (you pay return shipping)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately at support@biltperformance.com. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
